It's me, Bailey!!!

I got to see my dogs this weekend! Nancy brought them to the ROC entrance and let them run around on the sidewalk. I went out to meet them and played with them for quite a while. It was really good to see them both. Their names are Boone and Crocket and they are Black Labs.

I get my echo tomorrow. If everything is fine, they are probably going to schedule me for surgery on next Monday. I am kind of excited for my surgery because it means that I will be ready to leave in 10-14 days or so. I am a little nervous because it is a surgery and all surgeries are a little scary. But, after it I get to go HOME!

Dane had his surgery Thursday and everything went well. He is supposed to go home tomorrow. Thank you for praying for him.

Josie and Marissa are spending the night tonight. We played games and I gave them both French manicures.

I have to go now because Family Feud is about to start!

Love,
Bailey

Happy Monday Bailey...
It was so nice to hear from you on this page. You better add shopping for an outfit to that list of things to do. You've got a big concert to go to in August.
Lots of love,
Mimi

Good morning Bailey! I am so happy for you!! This is the best news we could have hoped and prayed for. I was so excited when I read about it the other night that I sent my comment twice ( not sure how that happened!) and had a brain fade and couldn't remember how to attach my name!! Oh well!! Have a great day. I bet your dogs were as glad to see you as you were to see them.
Love you loads and loads. Give Mom a big hug from me.

oops I mean for your echo. I am still a bit sleep deprived as we just got out of the hospital a couple days ago.

I bet your pups were glad to see you! Our chocolate lab was really excited when Andrew and all of us returned.

heart hugs,
Wendy

Hello Bailey
You do not know me, but after listening to WFMS radio every day and finding out about you, I just had to start reading the daily updates. I was out of town last week and didn't have a computer to log onto. I was having Bailey withdraw! I just caught up this morning. I am so happy for you and your family!! I truly believe that GOD has plans for you. He has already used YOU to bring HIM into others lives and bring faith to those who lost it. I have a daughter that just turned 22. She was very ill when she was 9 years old. We lived in Sandusky Ohio at the time. I had to take her to Children's Rainbow and Babies Hospital to find out what was wrong with her. They did a FANTASTIC job and found the problem, she has a kidney disease. We ended up moving to the Indianapolis area and the doctor in Cleveland referred us to Riley Hospital. We had to make a visit every three months for a couple of years. My daughter is doing great now. She is off the steroids. Her kidneys will never heal BUT they are not getting any worse. GOD is truly wonderful!

You and your family are truly an inspriation! Please, please keep the postings going so we can read about you getting better and stronger!

Have fun with Keith....I hope you get to hang out with him. I think he should here the tape from the radio-a-thon, something was said on the radio about you listening to his song and it made you feel better, I can't remember exactly what was, but everyone one was amazed by it!

God Bless you and your family
Linda Rose

Bailey, you are a busy girl. I've tried to call several times, but the phone is always busy--hmmmm, you must be talking to Mr. Dempsey again. When Erica and I returned home Thursday evening to hear the good news from Uncle Jim, it was unbelievable. He was so glad you called him. Erica said, "God really does listen to our prayers, doesn't he Mom?" When I told Emily & Lyndie's Sunday school teacher, she broke down in tears. She's been praying for you too and having the Sunday school class pray. She got to meet Marissa and Josie, and she's been keeping up to date on your progress. You've really created a big chain of praying people--some you would pass on the street and not know who they are, but they would know you for sure. Now, I'm actually excited that I broke down and got those Keith Urban tickets to take Erica, Emily & Lyndie because who knows what'll be going on there--you might be on stage and I wouldn't want to miss that and neither would the girls. I hope to see you soon. Erica's had an infection, and I sure don't want to bring any germs your way, but she's finished with her medicine now, and I think we're in the clear so hopefully this week I can come visit. Uncle Jim is going to try to stop in tonight. Make him show you his big wasp sting--he broke into a wasp nest and was stung 4 times over the weekend. It looks a little weird!! Give him a hard time. Sorry, I'm rambling, I love you, am so very proud of you, and so excited for you, your mom, your dad and Nancy, and Tom, and Josie & Rissy, and the whole family!!! Love Aunt Robin

Hello Ladies,
We were discharged before you got up so we didn't want to disturb you. We just wanted to say 'bye and good luck' hope you are home in time for school (and school shopping...that's the best part). Keep updating the site after appts. once you get home. I know everything will go well, Turrentine wouldn't have it any other way. I knew God had a great plan for you, I just never imagined that plan would show its face on a day that we were there.
Thanks for the prayers and inspiration! I will continue to pray for you.

Lynn, Josh and Dane

PS We have follow up appt on Aug 10...and you better be at home! LOL!
